Important Information Concerning the 1997 COAI Convention
		The Sturbridge Host Hotel & Conference Center where the convention is being hosted is full. There are no more rooms available. However, arrangements have been made for the overflow at two hotels. Mention that you are with the convention to get the special rate.
			Old Sturbridge Village Motor Lodge, (508) 347-3327. Convention rate of $55.00/night. This hotel is across the street and within walking distance of the Convention Center.
			The Publick House, (508) 347-3313. Convention rate of $55.00/night. This hotel is approximately a half mile from the Convention Center. Arrangements are being worked on to provide for a complimentary shuttle. No word yet on if this is possible.

Guest Rooms

241 rooms including canopy bed rooms, rooms with working fireplaces, 39 suites including 2 and 3 room suites, hospitality suites, mini suites, and a VIP floor with private lounge and concierge services to include complimentary continental breakfast and hors d'oeuvres.

Meeting Facilities

Fifteen meeting rooms including ballroom that accommodates 600, a 12,000 square foot exhibit hall that accommodates 100 booths, board rooms, an amphitheater, and smaller break-out rooms.

Recreational Facilities

Featuring a lakeside resort with beach for swimming, boating and fishing, an indoor pool and whirlpool, miniature golf and tennis courts. Additionally, a complete health and fitness center with racquetball, nautilus, weight machines, and sauna.

Steamers Grille and Greenhouse dining rooms serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Oxhead Tavern offers rustic lakeside dining for lunch and dinner. Our lounge features live entertainment.

18 hole golf course, across the street from the internationally famous Old Sturbridge Village Historical Museum, horseback riding, antiquing, factory outlet stores, roller skating, biking, and nature trails.

Centrally located, one hour from Boston and Springfield, MA, 45 minutes from Hartford, CT and Providence, RI. Three hours from New York City, 3 minutes off the Massachusetts Turnpike at Exit 9. See map below.

Country Store Gift Shop located off the main lobby offers sundries, newspapers and magazines, souvenirs and children's toys.
