Nancy Sims clowns under the name of "Dotsie". She has been clowning ever since 1984 and five years prior she had established a reputation in the art of face painting.
Dotsie's an active member of OOP Clown Alley #15 in Illinois where she is past president. She belongs to C. O. A. I. - Midwest Clown Association and Chicago Metropolitan Clown Guild.
In make-up and costume competition she has won awards on both the local and national level.
She has been invited to lecture at various local and national conventions as well as local seminars and club meetings.
She will share lots of good tips on face painting and show you it isn't hard to do, if you keep it simple. Anyone can face paint. Dotsie supplies complimentary lecture notes and design sheets to all attending her lectures. The trick to good face painting is using good brushes, water soluble make-up and everyone just loves her glitter.
